direct referral of Kathy Yoder and under false pretense, false claim
and without Mr. Vonderheide's knowledge, release or consultation by
Ms. Flanders' alone on 07/27/04.

"Quinta is a 6-year-old Caucasian male who has just completed kindergarten at Conestoga Valley Elementary School. He resides with his biological mother, 44-year-old college graduate who works as a teacher part-time as a home school instructor. Other members of the household are two sisters, 19-year-old half sister and 20-year-old half sister. The patient has contact with, his biological father who is 45 years old. The patient was referred from Calvary Church by counselor, Ms. Kathy Yoder.""...According to the mother, there had been a confluctual relationship between her and the ex-husband from whom she was divorced in February 2002, having been married for about six years.."

Other members of the household are two sisters, 19-year-old half sister and 12-year-old half sister. The patient has contact with, his biological father who is 45 years old.
The patient was referred from Calvary Church by counselor, Ms. Kathy Yoder in her capacity, authority and position of Church Counselor at Calvary Church - see church section of site for more detail.
Ms. Flanders has had three children to three fathers which have all resulted in bitter long term custody battles.
Ms. Flanders has never been married.
